Introduction: Fibromyalgia is a chronic condition characterized by widespread pain, fatigue, and sleep disorders, directly affecting quality of life. Objective: This review aimed to describe and analyze the effectiveness of supplementation with Coenzyme Q10, Vitamin D and Magnesium as an auxiliary alternative in controlling symptoms in adults with fibromyalgia. Methods: A review of articles published between 2010 and 2024 was carried out, extracted from the PubMed, SciELO, and ScienceDirect databases. Articles that evaluated the effects of supplementation of the three nutrients in adults with fibromyalgia, considering symptoms such as pain, fatigue, sleep, and inflammation, were included. The selection followed defined criteria and the analysis was qualitative. Results: Most studies showed that supplementation with Coenzyme Q10, Vitamin D, and Magnesium contributes to pain relief, fatigue reduction, and improved sleep. Coenzyme Q10 favored energy production and combated oxidative stress; Vitamin D helped in immune regulation and pain; and Magnesium acted on neuromuscular function. Nineteen studies were included in the analysis. Conclusion: Supplementation with these nutrients demonstrated therapeutic potential as support in the treatment of fibromyalgia, with good clinical results and a low incidence of adverse effects. However, more research is needed to standardize doses and protocols.
