Reabilitação após reconstrução da parede abdominal: dor, força muscular e retorno ao esforço em uma revisão narrativa

Introdução: A reconstrução da parede abdominal busca restabelecer a continuidade fascial e a função, mas dor, fraqueza do tronco e receio de esforço podem persistir além da cicatrização inicial. Objetivo: Analisar criticamente as evidências sobre dor, força muscular e retorno ao esforço após reconstrução da parede abdominal, com ênfase na avaliação e reabilitação fisioterapêutica. Métodos: Revisão narrativa com busca estruturada, descritiva e qualitativa. Até 10 de julho de 2026, consultaram-se Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online por meio do PubMed, Scientific Electronic Library Online, Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde, Physiotherapy Evidence Database e Cochrane Library, além de rastreamento de referências e citações. Priorizaram-se publicações de 2021 a 2026, sem excluir estudos seminais. A seleção ocorreu por leitura de títulos e resumos e, depois, de textos integrais segundo critérios predefinidos. Como as contagens iniciais de recuperação, duplicatas, textos integrais e exclusões não foram preservadas, não foram reconstruídas retrospectivamente. Resultados: Foram incluídas 23 publicações. A função tende a melhorar após restauração da linha média, mas os instrumentos são heterogêneos. Dor e cinesiofobia associaram-se a pior desempenho, e a recuperação funcional apresentou declínio inicial seguido de melhora no primeiro ano. A evidência específica para fisioterapia supervisionada após correção ventral permanece limitada e parte das inferências depende de extrapolação. Conclusão: A reabilitação deve ser individualizada, orientada por critérios clínicos e funcionais e integrada à equipe cirúrgica; não há suporte para protocolos universais de carga nem superioridade comprovada de programa fisioterapêutico específico.
