Objective: To evaluate the effects of non-invasive mechanical ventilation associated with physical exercise in the treatment of individuals with Heart Failure. Methods: A bibliographic search was carried out in December 2023 in the databases: PUBMED, BIREME and Cochrane Library, searching for studies from January 2013 to December 2023, without language limitations. Results: A total of 43 studies were found, where 7 articles were selected for this review after reading the title, abstract and full text. Conclusion: Non-invasive mechanical ventilation associated with exercise can improve exercise tolerance, time limit and O2 saturation, alleviate the use of ventilatory muscles, decrease hospitalization time, improve autonomic heart rate responses, accelerate the recovery kinetics of VO2 and improve the quality of life of individuals with heart failure.
